看護学部 中井寿雄准教授らの論文が国際学術誌に掲載されました

　看護学部 災害・国際看護学の中井寿雄准教授らによる論文「Effect of requiring advanced respiratory support on disaster-related anxiety among caregivers of children with medical complexity: a cross-sectional study（https://doi.org/10.1186/s12889-026-27601-z ）」が「BMC Public Health」に掲載されました。

　本研究では、人工呼吸器や頻回な吸引等の高度呼吸器管理（ARS）を必要とする群はそうでない群に比べ、災害時に「初対面の医療従事者へ正確に情報伝達できるかという不安」が約2.6倍、「停電時にケアを継続できるかという不安」が約5.9倍高いことが明らかとなりました。この結果から、災害時の情報格差を解消し保護者の不安を軽減するため、従来の紙媒体を補完する「デジタル・パーソナルヘルスレコード」の導入が有効である可能性を示しました。
